1․2 The preparation of your order can start immediately after your order is confirmed.
1․3 We cannot accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed at the restaurant.
2․ Wrong order
2․1 If you receive food that is different from what you receipt, we sincerely apologize.
Please call us or your third-party delivery company as soon as you notice an error with your order or contact your third-party delivery company: https://prepa.am/contacts/. You can come to get the right food.
• For credit card payments, you will be refunded the amount of the selling price associated with the error and charged for the cost of the new items.
• For cash payments, you will be asked to pay the balance difference if the new meal is worth more than the meal received in error.

2․2 Your order will be prioritized if you visit and pick it up.
2․3 In cases where you do not receive a meal that is on your receipt, we will reimburse it for you. Please call us or your third-party delivery service as soon as you notice that the food in your order has not arrived. You can cancel the missed meal and we will issue a refund to the credit card. Cash back condition does not apply.
2․4 Please note that we provide supplies such as disposables, chopsticks, etc. when requested free of charge. If we miss a free item by mistake, you can let us know so we can resolve the issue with our staff. But we cannot provide discounts or refunds.
3․ Discontents

Refunds and/or replacement meals are available for orders where the product supplied does not match the product ordered or the relevant product components are missing.
3․2 Refunds are not realized for orders that the customer did not like the taste or appearance of.
4․ Order Cancellation
4․1 Please note that we cannot cancel or refund an order if you change your mind or mistakenly order an item after the order has been placed.
4․2 We cannot provide refunds for non-food items or drinks.
4․3 The delivery partner may cancel the delivery if it is unable to locate or contact you. When the Courier arrives at your delivery address, they are required to contact you, so please keep your mobile phone close to you. If the delivery partner has made reasonable efforts to contact you but has not succeeded, the delivery partner has the right to cancel the order and return it to the company. In this case the amount paid by you for the order will not be refunded.
4․4 As a private business, it is the restaurant’s right to refuse or refuse service to any customer for any reason. If the customer abuses the Return and Refund Policy, we are unfortunately unable to cooperate with the customer.
4․5 Please note that we strive to prepare and package the items we collect to maintain the highest quality of food. Keep in mind that the temperature, sauce, and consistency of some products may vary slightly after packaging.

4․6 If 25% or more of the food is consumed or wasted, we cannot offer any discounts or refunds. If food has been thrown away, repackaged or tampered with, we cannot verify its origin or issue and cannot provide any discounts or refunds.
4․7 As soon as the Company receives the Order, it is immediately forwarded to the appropriate employee. If for any reason the delivery cannot be arranged, the Company shall notify the Customer of this as soon as possible.
4․8 In this process, the company provides its platform for the Customer to register an Order for that product.
4․9 According to the terms, the legal relations related to the delivery arise directly between the Customer and the Shipper, so the Shipper is paid directly by the Customer for the fulfillment of the Order.
4․10 In the case of online payment, the delivery fee paid by the Customer is transferred by the Company to the Shipper on the Customer’s behalf.
5․ Online Payment
5․1 When registering an Order on the Website, after making an online payment, the Company immediately transfers the Order to the appropriate employee.
5․2 In case of any problem related to online payment, the Customer can contact the Company by calling the company’s phone number or sending an e-mail to the company’s e-mail address.
5․3 The Company is not responsible for delays, cancellations, as well as other payment problems of the Customer.
6․ Refund of the amount paid online
6․1 The amount paid online with the cards issued by the banks that are members of the RA ArCa system is refunded at the same time.
6․2 With cards issued by banks that are not members of the ArCa system, the amount paid online is returned within 3 working days.
6․3 A partial refund is made within 3 business days.
6․4 A manual return of an order paid online is not allowed.
